Once you have appointed a funeral director, you will meet with them to discuss your initial wishes. At this point, you can request for me to officiate your loved one's service. The funeral director will then contact me to check my availability for the time you have booked.

Once confirmed, the funeral director will share your contact details with me. I will then reach out to you directly to arrange a suitable time and place for us to meet, either in person or online, at a pace that suits you.

When we meet, I will recap the details from your funeral director to ensure everything is correct. We will then sit down to talk through the stories, memories, and wishes you want to include, shaping the tone and flow of the day.

Following our meeting, I will weave your memories into a bespoke, beautifully structured script, liaising closely with your funeral director behind the scenes. I will send you a full copy so we can work on it together. No change is too big or small, and it doesn't matter how many drafts we do - we will keep working on it until it is word-perfect.

On the day of the funeral, I will guide the ceremony with a calm, reassuring presence, ensuring everything flows smoothly, respectfully, and exactly as you envisioned
